Piston Seals DAS are double acting seals

Product Advantages:

Seals efficiently provide both guiding and sealing functions within a compact space.
They are compatible with mineral oils such as HFA, HFB, and HFC fire-resistant hydraulic fluids (maximum operating temperature of 60°C).
The seals are designed for easy installation with a straightforward, integrated piston structure.
The unique geometry of the NBR sealing element ensures distortion-free installation within the groove.

Product Introduction

DAS type piston seals are double acting piston seals. It consists of a sealing rubber element, two retaining rings and two Angle guide sleeves.

Instructions

DAS/DBM combined seal is a double-acting seal and guide element consisting of an elastomer seal ring, two retaining rings and two guide rings. The sealing ring can play a good sealing role in static and dynamic, and the retaining ring can prevent the rubber sealing ring from being squeezed into the sealing gap, the role of the guide ring is to use the piston in the cylinder guide and absorb radial force. This design provides a compact seal and guide combination that can be used for open or closed mounting grooves.

Structure

Several different cross section geometryof DAS/DBM combined seals are available in practice, usually selected based on existing installation grooves.
The cross section of DBM combined seal is characterized by a herringbone file ring, which can effectively prevent the deformation or extrusion of the elastomer seal ring, and the L-shaped guide ring on the outside of the ring has a central role.

Optional Configuration

When the system pressure is high and the radial load is high, DBM/NEO can also be considered as the piston seal for DBM combined seal.
